RETURN & REFUND

Please note that embossed items are customer-specific and cannot be returned.

Unused items without embossing may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@ateliermagna.com with your name, order number, and a short description of the reason for the return.

Once your return request is confirmed, please place the item in its original packaging and pack it securely.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot otherwise guarantee receipt of your returned item.

If your item arrives damaged or if there is any issue with your order, please contact us at hello@ateliermagna.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Once your returned item is received, you will be notified by email regarding the status of your return.

Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
