9. GENERAL PROVISIONS

12. DEFAULT

13. JURISDICTION
Disputes shall be resolved by the competent consumer courts or arbitration committees.
14. EFFECTIVENESS
By completing the payment, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this Agreement.
